Business Development Executive

Bubblegum Search is looking for a Business Development Executive to join their team.


We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team at Bubblegum Search, a digital marketing agency that’s all about having fun while getting the job done.

This role offers hybrid working with the flexibility to work remotely and a requirement to join the team in our London office for at least 1 day per week to maintain the collaborative and dynamic nature of our team.


  • Scouring London and southeast of England for new business opportunities and making sure they stick with us like Bubblegum on a shoe (in a good way)
  • Building relationships with potential clients that will make them want to stick around for the long haul
  • Working closely with our team of experts to create digital marketing solutions that will make our clients’ hearts sing
  • Achieving and exceeding sales targets like a champion
  • Creating and implementing sales strategies that will knock our clients’ socks off
  • Keeping accurate records of sales activity and progress, and reporting to the management team like a boss
  • Staying up to date with industry developments and trends, so we can always stay ahead of the curve

  • A £250 allowance towards a computer chair and monitor for your home office set-up. Competitive base salary range of £25,000 – £35,000, depending on experience. Generous commission on every sale, providing potential for significant earning potential


  • Proven track record of sales success, preferably in digital marketing
  • Experience with PPC, SEO, Paid Social Media, Landing Page Design and Conversion Rate Optimisation
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage own sales pipeline
  • Passion for digital marketing and ability to understand and articulate complex technical concepts to clients
  • Good understanding of the SME market in London and the southeast of England
  • Positive attitude, with a desire to have fun while working hard
  • Team player and enjoys working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Ability to think outside the box and come up with creative solutions
  • Well-organized and can prioritize tasks effectively
  • Good understanding of the digital marketing industry and trends
